New Clients: All new clients will require an initial consultation before receiving any service. Please select “Initial Assessment” under the respective service when scheduling.

To Book: A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Intake forms are automatically sent after booking. To prevent delays, we kindly ask that you complete your intake forms before arriving to your appointment. This allows us to review your medical history and ensure you are a good candidate for your services, keep appointments running on time for all clients, and address any possible concerns in advance. Failure to complete your forms in advance may result in rescheduling your appointment.

Add-ons: When booking online, the scheduler only allows one service to be booked at a time. If you’d like to book multiple services, please call or text us at 424-209-2943 so we can manually adjust your booking.

Financing: We offer payment plans through Cherry. You can apply for a payment plan at: https://www.ajarabeauty.com/payment-plans.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours will result in forfeiting the non- refundable deposit, and a new appointment with a new deposit will be required to rebook. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
